Who we are

A creative community.

Based in Burera, Rwanda

We are a non-profit organization based in Burera, Rwanda, committed to transforming the lives of young, unemployed individuals in the Burera district. We provide comprehensive crocheting and knitting training programs that equip these youth with valuable skills and open doors to new opportunities.

Our mission extends beyond just training. We actively support our trainees in monetizing their handcrafted creations by offering sales channels through our physical shop and online platforms, including our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, and LinkedIn. By doing so, we empower them to generate income and build a brighter future.

What we do

From everyday wear to little works of art.

Trainees learn basic and advanced techniques across three core packages.

Crochet Clothes

We teach how to make various types of clothes — dresses, sweaters, shorts, tops and more.

Crochet Decorations

We teach different crochet and knitting patterns that can be used for decorations in homes and offices.

Crochet Accessories

We teach how to make crochet accessories like earrings, handbags, beanies, scarves and more.
